Relación precios con instalaciones van de la mano, el señor que está en el turno de la noche muy atento, amable y servicial
Muy satisfecho con el buen servicio de la recepcionista que es amable y atenta. Puedes pagar con TC y te elaboran tu factura de inmediato. El lugar muy amplio, tiene apariencia de nuevo, la limpieza aceptable, excelente señal de WiFi, tv con cable y Netflix para que te conectes con tu cuenta; aire acondicionado, hay caja de seguridad, el baño si tiene agua caliente solo que tarada un poco, alberca y desayuno sencillo incluído; diría que es un buen servicio acordé al precio. Enfrente en la esquina un Oxxo y justo sobre la avenida la parada del autobus. Buena opción entre Bucerias y Puerto Vallarta.
This is a fabulous hotel! Extremely clean, a very friendly & helpful Team of Employees & Management and in a very convenient location with lots of parking, a swimming pool, Free Wifi, A/C and a huge selection of channels on their TV's. For the price, it is the best value I have found in a hotel ever! Highly recommended!
Excelentes instalaciones, y bien ubicado, a tan solo 5 minutos de la playa de Bucerías, y a 30 minutos de Puerto Vallarta. Las habitaciones muy bonitas y limpias, cuentan con escritorio y otras amenidades que hacen la experiencia bastante confortable. Además los recepcionistas Lola y Carlos muy amables en todo momento. Recomiendo ampliamente.

El hotel estaba muy limpio. El personal fue rápido y atento. El proceso de registro no tuvo ningún problema. Nuestras habitaciones y baños estaban limpios y las camas y almohadas eran muy cómodas. Tomamos el desayuno a la mañana siguiente, la comida era excepcional y el servicio del personal, de primera. Recomiendo mucho este hotel. Definitivamente volveré.
Todo excelente, el personal muy amable, solo el desayuno en lo personal no fue de nuestro agrado pero por el precio la verdad la estadía estuvo muy bien.
Es un excelente hotel Muy moderno y completo solo que durante nuestra estancia hubo problemas con el agua no tenía presión o estaba fría la alberca muy helada pero por el tiempo se comprende lo demás excelente
